Strictly Come Dancing alum HRVY has revealed he is "good friends" with tennis superstar Emma Raducanu, with the pair set to meet up soon.
The 22-year-old singer, whose real name is Harvey Leigh Cantwell, has confirmed he is "close" with the US Open winner, 18, who he 'chats with all the time'.
HRVY also revealed he has spoken to Emma since her victory and confirmed that the pair are set to meet up to play tennis following Emma's triumphant return from the United States.
He told The Sun: "I've spoken to [Emma] since she won.
"What an absolute star. She's amazing."
"She is a lovely girl and she makes me proud to be British.
"She's waving the flag for us. She's a talented young girl in the sports industry and she created a really amazing awareness."
He added: "I'm going to play tennis with her soon. I'm sure she can probably teach me a thing or two.
"It makes me sound really bougie but my family used to have a tennis court, so I actually grew up with the sport."
HRVY finished as a runner-up on last year's series of Strictly Come Dancing.
His season of the BBC One dance show was won by comedian and TV star, Bill Bailey.
Rumours of a romance between he and fellow Strictly star Maisie Smith swirled during their time on the show but eventually fizzled out, with the pair remaining friends.
Since her unexpected victory at the US Open Women's final earlier this month, Emma has received plenty of celebrity admiration.
She attended the Met Gala in New York a few days after her sporting success.
The youngster also recently appeared on Good Morning Britain, where she spoke to presenters Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway.
During their conversation, Emma denied rumours that she will soon grace the cover of Vogue.
