Stacey Solomon transforms house with Christmas decorations amid ‘tough’ month

Stacey Solomon has cemented her status as one of the craftiest influencers going, sharing daily home decor tips and unique recipes with her fans.

Now, the 31-year-old Loose Women star has transferred her skills to interior design, transforming her Essex pad into a Winter Wonderland in a matter of hours.

Just last week, Stacey proudly showed off her hard work in time for Halloween, decking out the house with homemade pumpkins and spooky cobwebs.

As soon as November 1 rolled around, however, the former X Factor star was quick to renovate, wheeling out the Halloween decorations and plastering the walls with festive cheer.

Supporting small businesses in the process, Stacey let fans know where she had shopped for her seasonal cushions and ornaments, encouraging her fans to shop local.

Her bedroom was completely made over with nifty grey and red Santa Claus sheets, with rows of coordinated elves perched by the bedside.

In the kitchen, Stacey lined the shelves with monogrammed mugs, complete with cute elf designs against a holly-red background.

Ready for Christmas dinner, snow-white elves were placed on the kitchen table next to some tea lights, arranged beside a bouquet of crimson roses in a crystal vase.

Letting fans know where to shop the look, she tagged brands such as Twinkle Cottage UK, The Chester Gift Company and By Bon Homie in her Insta stories.

Opening up about her motivation behind the home transformation, Stacey revealed the impending lockdown left her seeking some festive cheer.

After the PM Boris Johnson confirmed the UK would be hunkering down for the next four weeks, Stacey, her boyfriend Joe Swash and their brood of four boys committed themselves to cosy nights indoors in their Christmassy pad.

Stacey explained: "It's going to be a tough month so I'll do my best to try and keep as positive as I can on here and hopefully make it a tiny bit easier.

"Let's make our crackers, wreaths and baubles, home make presents, wrap and eat all month.

"It's going to be a monochrome Christmas here all year.

"Black and white and I'll try to throw in a little splash of pink in somewhere.

The ITV star finished: "Let's try to forget about the things we can't control and focus on some fun things we can. Love you all."
