Nicki Minaj Confirms Fifth Album Is Done, Promotes New Music Releases With Topless Pic

AceShowbiz -Fans tuning in Nicki Minaj‘s “Queen” radio show on Saturday night, February 2 were blessed with a lot of things. In addition to two new freestyles releases, the self-proclaimed Black Barbie announced that she had done working on her fifth album, though it doesn’t seem like she will release it anytime soon.

The announcement was made through one of the freestyles, a remix to Drake and Meek Mill‘s “Going Bad”. She could be heard rapping, “The label hit me said they want the fifth thing-thing/ I got in the studio, I did the fifth thing-thing/ And then they say, you know, it’s time to drop your single/ I said no! You know radio already tried to blackball a b***h.”

Instead of singles from her next album, Nicki hinted that she would be dropping new freestyle every week. “They wanted the old Onika so I had to get back in my bag,” Nicki, whose real name is Onika Tanya Maraj, continued spitting. “I might drop a freestyle every week till the thing-thing come.”

During the episode, Nicki also announced that she had recorded new music with her tour partner Juice WRLD and confirmed that the music video for “Creed II” track “Runnin” featuring A$AP Rocky and A$AP Ferg would be released this week. Also hinting at her upcoming tour, she said, “This tour with Juice WRLD is nothing like the festival shows. It’s a lot richer and different. It’s gonna be an epic tour. I’m really excited about Juice WRLD. I actually recorded some music with him.”

Music wasn’t the only thing that Nicki treated to her fans that day. Following the release of her new freestyles, the femcee took to her Instagram account to share a risky picture of herself going topless.
