The Only Way Is Essex star Mark Wright and his wife ex-Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan have revealed that their Essex mansion’s construction is almost finished.
The 35-year-old reality star showed off their swanky pad as he gave a mini tour on their “WrightyHome” Instagram account, a joint profile to show off their new home.
Mark gave fans an insight into their property as he showed the front of their house to the account’s 358,000 followers.
In the video, the house can be seen underneath a bright, clear sky as he explained that they are waiting for the driveway to be completed.
He said: "The house is looking lovely. Driveway is the last thing to do, it's all being prepped now. So far the edging has gone in, look at these granite slabs, this is the edging that runs all along the front of the house and creates the shape."
The couple originally bought their home for £1.3 million but decided to flip the place into a futuristic, up to date tech haven.
The mansion has floor to ceiling windows, its own private bar, a master bedroom that looks out over the fields below, three dressing rooms and five bedrooms, each complete with their own private en-suite bathroom.
They also have a state of the art security system with 360 degree motion-sensor cameras, along with huge gates that provide extra comfort for the famous couple.
All the additions and amenities have brought the mansion’s value up to an estimated £3.5 million.
Mark and Michelle met in 2012, when he was filming for reality show The Only Way Is Essex and Michelle was still acting as Tina McIntyre on Coronation Street.
The pair reportedly hit it off in Dubai, where they were introduced by mutual friends whilst both on separate holidays.
They embarked on a three year relationship before they married in 2015, but they have had to deal with extensive time apart throughout the nine years they have been together.
Michelle’s fan favourite role in Our Girl meant that she had to film in South Africa for long periods of time.
