Television personality Lydia Bright has reportedly joined the TOWIE millionaires club.
The 30-year-old star is thought to have invested the cash she made from appearing on the ITV reality show into Essex property.
Lyda bursted onto our screens back in 2010 and quit the show seven years later.
Part of the original cast, the mum of one shot to fame when in a relationship with fellow co-star James "Arg" Argent.
According to The Sun, James Argent's ex Lydia was plugging money into property as she looked towards the future.
The blonde beauty has been sharing updates on her Lydia Bright Home Instagram page, as work proceeds on the home where she's raising seven-month-old daughter Loretta.
The pad boasts a newly kitted out kitchen and bathroom, a new loft conversion and an all white interior.
Her property records, say the publication, reveal the star boasts a number of properties dotted about Essex which she rents out.
She set up Lydia Bright Properties in 2013, Lydia Bright Promotions four years later in 2017 and Lydia Rose Properties the following year.
Accounts for the three firms reveal £789,614 in property assets and ongoing profits at £247,362.
Lydia Bright Properties, the largest of the three, had properties held at £428,074 as of May this year.
Meanwhile, Promotions held at £49,129 as of December last year, and is said to have paid her a £30K salary.
Daily Star Online has contacted Lydia's reps for comment.
Lydia gave birth to her first child, baby Loretta, at the end of February just weeks before best pal and TOWIE co-star Lucy Mecklenburgh welcomed her son Roman.
Lockdown wasn't smooth for Lydia as she was tested for coronavirus after falling "horrifically ill" in June.
She tested negative, but took to Instagram to fill fans in on her mystery illness.
"I've been so ill all day, I was absolutely petrified that I had corona. But, I had the test and it's come back negative," she said.
"But I feel horrific, I don't know what this is.
"Could it be a chest infection? Could it be flu? Could it be hay fever? Oh gosh, I don't know."
The reality star and beauty entrepreneur is still based in Essex.
Former TOWIE hunk Mark Wright has reportedly made over £9million since joining the show as an original cast member in 2010.
According to OnlineCasino.com, Sam Faiers is thought to have made around £8million and her sister Billie, 30, has reportedly raked in £4million.
