However, one image left fans worried that the reality star may have seriously injured herself as she was shown leaping into shallow waters head first.
Concerned fans gawped as they slid through the scorching bikini pics of the SKIMs founder and her gorgeous sisters, to witness what appeared to be a "dangerous" manoeuvre into the sea.
