Young couples break up and make up all of the time. So when singer and model Justine Skye and her boyfriend Sheck Wes called it quits, no one really batted an eye.
But recently Skye took to Twitter to reveal that their relationship hadn’t been the most healthy.
On Monday, the Roc Nation artist claimed that Wes, whose real name is Khadimou Rassoul Cheikh Fall, and his friends followed her and her current boyfriend before attacking them.

“Taking a walk with my friends and my man and Sheck Wes (my abuser) and his friends decide to STALK US and attack my friends,” Skye tweeted. “Two cars full of n***** while he sat in the car like a bitch. You’re pathetic Sheck and you beat women. You hit your girl before me and you’ll do it again.”
She continued the tweets, calling out everyone who supported Wes and his abuse.
“You’re pathetic… and all the people defending you, ya whole bitch ass label.. everyone,” she wrote. “You spreading lies about me. Moral of the story
This isn’t the first time that the model spoke about being abused, however, she initially didn’t mention who her abuser was.
“As DV Awareness month comes to an end.. the issue doesn’t just disappear,” she wrote on Instagram in 2018. “Recently I’ve had one of the scariest, heartbreaking experiences in my life and it’s still hard for me to talk about. I felt stupid, angry, depressed.. blamed myself. Trying to figure out how someone who claimed they loved me so much could find such evil within themselves to hurt me mentally and physically.”

“Learned a lot about the people I chose to call my ‘friends’.. and about myself. I was one of those people who would be like ‘No man would ever put their hands on me! .. blah blah blah,’” she continued. “We all think we know what we’d do until it’s happening to you.”
The Response
Wes did not respond to the allegations until Tuesday morning when he took to Twitter to clear his name.
“I’ve chosen to remain silent until now out of respect for actual victims of abuse,” he tweeted. “But I cannot stand by while lies are repeatedly told about me. I never hit or beat any women and I did not beat up or jump anybody.”

In response to Wes’ denial, Skye began tweeting proof of the abuse.
One of the most chilling pieces of evidence was a string of text messages in which Skye reached out to someone for help and told them that her abuser was breaking things and that she had locked herself in a room. The person
She also released a video of a man who looked like her ex jumping over a fence and trespassing onto her property.
Wes responded to the video, saying that he was actually just trying to get his belongings back.
“Just clarifying this is a video of me hopping a fence to get my stuff back from a girl who refused to give me my stuff,” he tweeted. “Once again for the record, I never hit or beat up any woman.”
Skye said that she never refused to give him his things.
“Refused?” she tweeted. “THIS specific incident was BECAUSE I was trying to give you your things… you decided to react violently and irrational because you ‘are a grown ass man and I’m not going to disrespect you’ because I put them in garbage bags for you to pick up.”
Skye has now filed police reports over several of these incidents.=
