Holly Willoughby shows lavish marble and huge windows after makeover to £3m home

This Morning Holly Willoughby presenter has shared a peek at her house renovations in her Wylde Moon newsletter.

In a photo shared with subscribers of the newsletter, it looks like her dining room may be one of the places in the house to have had a makeover

In the photo, the mum-of-three is sat in the at a round, wooden dining table in the room that overlooks the garden with a bowl of spaghetti and a cup of tea.

In another photo, she sits in a never-before-seen denim outfit on the new marble floor and pale grey wales, giving fans another glimpse at her newly refurbished home.

The dining area has floor to ceiling window in the corner where Holly has a blue cushioned chair, which she sat in to take of the snaps that she shared with the tiled floor being a beautiful white and grey colour.

In the garden, there is a patio that runs around the dining area and plants that are on display which line the lawn.

In previous snaps shared by the 41-year-old the open plan area can be seen with a shiny white table and woven back dining chairs, which indicates that the Dancing on Ice star fancied a change.

Holly has in the past requested to extend her home, such as having side and front extensions, with a side dormer roof, to the first floor, but it was denied.

This was reportedly due to noise level concerns expressed by neighbours.

This time, however, after she requested to extend the first floor, it was approved.

Six years ago, plans to add a two-floor extension to the house were also denied to the presenter and her husband Dan.

Holly often keeps her family life private, but she hasn’t been afraid to show off her lavish home.

She has previously posted man pictures to her Instagram to show off the spacious kitchen and dining area, as well as her lovely living room.

She has stated in interviews that she loves spending time at home, especially after the Coronavirus outbreak.

In one interview, she said, “"There's no reason why you have to go across town for a meeting. You can do those things on Zoom within your house and then you’re there when the kids get back from school. That type of thing, that real home time.”
