Davina McCall is back once again encouraging everyone to get off their behinds with her latest sizzling bikini snap.
The Big Brother icon took to Instagram with a set of two bikini pics, in which she could be seen showing off her rock hard abs and toned figure.
In the first image, shared with her 1.4million followers, the brunette beauty could be seen standing straight up with one leg in front of the other.
The 53-year-old was wearing nothing but a minuscule black bikini, with the bottoms sat low on her hips.
The barely-there top featured some contrasting metal on the straps, perhaps to make sure nothing went out of place.

The top was held together by a single piece of string, meaning her entire cleavage was on display.
Drawing further attention to her chest, Davina wore a gold pendant cross necklace, as well as another chain around her neck.
She went makeup free for the summertime snap, clearly enjoying the heatwave the UK has been faced with this week.
In the second photo, Davina turned around and bent down, sticking out her pert behind as she glanced over her shoulder and flashed a cheesy grin at the camera.

The mum-of-three wrote in the caption: "Today's bikini. I am incapable of being serious in a picture… this was hard to get," adding a laughing emoji to the end.
Her loyal followers hit the like button more than 55,000 times, and plenty left a comment too.
Strictly babe and X Factor champ Alexandra Burke left a string of flame emojis.

Amanda wore a high-necked white bodysuit, while Davina flashed her abs once again in a red crop-top and leggings combo.
