Cheryl has recently launched a multivitamin line as she embarks on a new healthy routine of yoga, meditation and eating well.
And now the former Girls Aloud star, 38, has showed off her glowing skin in a promotional video for her multivitamins line, which she shared with her million of followers on Instagram.
The X Factor judge told her fans she believes real beauty "starts from within" and the 'best thing she has learned in the past year is having a break from social media is really, really healthy for your mind'.
She also put her new attitude down to a new regime.
The clips begins with Cheryl sitting in a white dressing gown surrounded by a mass of cosmetics and beauty products on a dressing table.
The singer then says as she picks up the lip gloss: "I've always know that taking care of yourself and feeling good really starts from within."
"But I never realised the power in that until recently, until I really started taking it seriously."
She then takes a tablet from an envelope and washes it down with a glass of water, before adding: "Within a couple of months the difference you feel is unbelievable, even just the motivator in itself."
The singer who is mum to son Bear, four, with One Direction star ex Liam Payne, went on to promote the use of vitamins.
"It has 32 pure ingredients, you just feel consistently energised throughout the day, " she said as she touched her face.
She added: "You’re happy knowing you’ve taken care of yourself in the morning. Your job’s done."
The brand include a general multivitamin that is said to improve energy levels and lead to clearer skin.
Among the other products are pills that deal specifically with sleep issues, restoring a healthy gut and helping with joint pain.
