Ant McPartlin leaves fans in stitches as he shares latest prank on Dec Donnelly

Fans of Britain's Got Talent and Saturday Night Takeaway hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly were left concerned after seeing the duo's latest social media post.

Seemingly showing Dec Donnelly in tears, his best friend Ant McPartlin, 46, could be seen asking if Dec was alright.

In the video, Dec seems confused as he's busy working away on the computer when Dec walks in.

Ant, clearly holding back laughter, filmed his friend who looked to be emotional, bordering on floods of tears.

In the background of the clip, Ant can be heard saying: "Oh no, what's the matter" while Dec responds: "What?"

The bizarre exchange initially left fans baffled and concerned that something had truly upset Dec but it turns out the pair were just playing their usual pranks.

Using a convincing filter, Ant was messing around with the TikTok trends, unknown to Dec.

Fans could see Dec's 'sad face' despite Dec being completely fine.

Ant captioned the post: "Having a bawl with this one #cryingfilter."

It seemed their 4.6 million followers loved it as they racked up thousands of likes in just minutes.

Comedian Chris Ramsey applauded the two, with another fan commenting "I'm howling".

Emmerdale's Kathy Glover has recently revealed how the cheeky Geordie duo have been supporting her ahead of her cancer battle.

The Emmerdale actress recently announced her battle with cancer, speaking with Lorraine about her diagnosis.

Lorraine asked the star: "You have been so brave and positive, Malandra.

"You were saying the positivity comes from when you spent some time with Ant and Dec?"

To which she replied: "Absolutely I think I would have hit this journey not knowing if I was going to crumble or not.

"And I remember just before I was diagnosed, walking into the Macmillan suite and being greeted by a Macmillan nurse and she broke down in tears telling me I had cancer.

"And I said 'look I've been in the jungle with Ant and Dec. I can do anything. I'm going to fight this and I'm going to ring that bell'.
