10 Reality TV Couples That Didn’t Make It (And 11 That Are Still Together)

On paper, reality TV promises to depict the lives of celebrities, or even ordinary people, without expecting them to act as people they’re not, or do things they don’t normally do. Other reality TV shows bring together people and put them in a form of competition, where the winner, who is determined by the show’s rules and regulations, gets to go home with a predetermined prize.

Over the years, we have come to realize that not all the producers, directors, or even actors in these shows truly live up to their promise of filming without a script or a storyline, as is the case with movies and series. These people realized that watching someone go about his or her normal business might not be very interesting, yet they need audiences to tune in every time the show is on.

However, many of the things that happen on these shows are real, and the results of these actors’ actions usually have lasting consequences. For example, more often than not, the relationships and marriages we see on these shows are real and binding, and so are the divorces.

Here’s a list of 20 couples who used to be or continue to be on reality shows. 10 of these couples are still together, but 10 have sadly parted ways.
