Coming up with new lines on exhaustive movie promo tours can be tricky – so Lady Gaga has decided to play it very safe and stick to the same one.
The 32-year-old singer, who plays the lead in current blockbuster A Star is Born, has been liberally using the line ‘There can be 99 people in a room who don’t believe in you, and one who does’ about her co-star Bradley Cooper.
On social media, fans have been stacking up video montages of the singer repeating the gushing line – and creating plenty of teasing memes about it.

Of Gaga’s much-uttered sentiment @glitchybasshead wrote: ‘I wish I had a $ for everytime Lady Gaga says that ‘if there’s a 100 people in the room and 99 don’t believe in you and just one does, it can change your whole life speech’ I’d be a millionaire.’

The film follows a seasoned musician, played by Bradley, as he helps a young singer, played by Gaga, find fame.
‘Because we have seen so many incarnations of this film, we know already that this story has stood the test of time,’ Lady Gaga said during a Venice Film Festival press conference.
‘It’s a beautiful story and one that I think people will be touched by all over the world.’
A Star Is Born marked Cooper’s directorial debut and Gaga’s first time on the big screen.
