With every new episode comes new drama, as couples are ripped apart by rumours or bonded together over a cocktail at some fancy party or another.
But since the show first aired 10 years ago there have been many co-star pairings, and some that you might have completely forgotten about.

We take a look back at five Essex couples, that are long over, to remind you they once were an item.
Let's take a trip down memory lane, a path that looks much like Brentwood High Street…
Chloe Sims and Mario Falcone
Mario Falcone and Chloe Sims enjoyed a short fling after his relationship with Lucy Mecklenburgh finished in 2014.
Although he broke it off with the star, just a week later she seemed to have no hard feelings, saying to Now magazine: "I miss him. I've been putting on a brave face.
"I'm gutted it's cooled off. I really like him – my feelings for him are very strong and they'll always be there."
Shelby Tribble and Pete Wicks
After his high profile split with Megan McKenna tattooed hunk Pete then moved on with another co-star in 2018; the gorgeous Shelby Tribble.
They dated for eight months, however she dumped him after an explosive row.

In an interview with OK! following the split Shelby said: “I always felt like I was living in Megan’s shadow because when we first got together he used to mention her a lot.”
This all seems a distant memory now that Shelby is now loved up with Sam Mucklow and has a child on the way.
Dan Edgar and Clelia Theodorou
Essex Lothario Dan Edgar is now in a relationship with blonde bombshell Amber Turner, but back in 2018 he had a short fling with co-star Clelia Theodorou.
However, this ended once he found out Amber had gone on a date with newcomer Dean Ralph.
On the show, he told Clelia: "Listen I'm going to be completely honest.

He replied: “With Amber. I think maybe I just need to step back from it all and be on my own for a minute while I get my head straight with it.”
Lauren Pope and Kirk Norcross
Lauren Pope and Kirk Norcross dated in 2011 and even got matching nose jobs together.
However they broke up after moving in together. Kirk told The Sun they split because their sex life fizzled out, saying: "I think I jumped in too fast.
"Maybe if we didn’t move in, we’d still be together, but I felt like I went from 23 to 50 in a matter of weeks.

“I was staying in every night. I started losing the spark with Lauren when we had to stay indoors and heal after our nose jobs.
"We weren’t allowed out and I think we got on top of each other too much.”
Liam Blackwell and Ferne McCann
Rich businessmen Liam Blackwell, AKA Gatsby, had his eyes set of Ferne McCann once upon a time and he took her on a very memorable first date; a helicopter ride!
Although it didn’t go much further at the time in 2019 he asked her out again saying: "Well listen how long ago was that iconic first date?
"So listen maybe we're both in that stage in our life now where we can maybe have that second date?”
Again it didn’t work out, but they were spotted enjoying champagne and oysters!
