Sofia Vergara is looking to put an exclamation point on her recent court victory over ex-fiancé Nick Loeb.

Lawyers for the “Modern Family” star filed legal papers this month asking a Louisiana court to remove Loeb’s lawyer from being able to practice in the state — after Loeb just lost his latest appeal trying to gain custody of two frozen embryos from the exes’ relationship, which ended in 2014.

Loeb’s lawyer, Jalesia McQueen, is based in St. Louis, but was allowed to argue the case in Louisiana “pro hac vice” — legalese for “this occasion only.”

Vergara’s lawyers allege in the new court documents that McQueen “made false statements in pleadings” regarding Loeb’s purportedly living in the New Orleans–Metairie area, “when Mr. Loeb and his counsel knew the statements to be false.”

The recent court ruling that tossed Loeb’s lawsuit said that he and his lawyer “blatantly engaged in forum shopping” by filing the suit when he had no connection to Louisiana.

McQueen did not comment, but she previously told us, “We will be appealing to the Louisiana Supreme Court,” which it seems Vergara is trying to block.
