Who is Ryan Fischer, Lady Gaga’s dog walker targeted in shooting?

The shooting of Lady Gaga’s dog walker and dognapping of her two French bulldog’s may have been a part of a gang initiation, a report said Tuesday.

Authorities are looking into the possibility of a gang connection after a string of similar crimes took place in the Los Angeles-area, TMZ reported, citing sources.

Police are also reportedly still working on clearing the woman who found and returned the pooches, Koji and Gustav, before she can get the $500,000 reward offered by the 34-year-old singer.

Investigators don’t believe the woman was part of the dognapping, but are apparently making sure she didn’t have any involvement after the fact, the outlet reported.

The dogs were returned to their star owner on Feb. 26 after a purported good Samaritan found them tied to a pole miles away from where they were captured and took them to an LA police station.

The dogwalker, Ryan Fisher, who was shot in the chest during the dognapping, was recovering at a hospital last week.
