After Scott Disick was seen with his arm around 19-year-old Amelia Hamlin, a source is spilling how her mom Lisa Rinna really feels EXCLUSIVELY to HollywoodLife.
Scott Disick, 37, and Amelia Hamlin, 19, caused a stir after their PDA beach stroll this week — and now we know how her parents Lisa Rinna, 57, and Harry Hamlin, 69, feel about their relationship. “Lisa and Harry haven’t met Scott yet and there are no plans to do so at this time,” an insider tells HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY. “Amelia’s a smart girl and they trust her to make appropriate decisions and if she’s happy, they’re happy,” they also revealed.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and model were first linked after attending a Halloween party together on Oct. 31. Days later, they took a low key getaway to gorgeous Montecito, California, which is about 90 minutes north of Los Angeles. While they didn’t tag each other in any posts, eagle eyed fans noticed the pair both posted images of food and the view from Italian restaurant Tre Lune. “Family dinner,” Amelia wrote in a caption over her Instagram story post, while Scott added “My love” in reference to his clam pasta dish.
The pair then appeared to confirm rumors with a romantic beach stroll in Malibu on Monday, Nov. 16, where Scott put his arm around a bikini-clad Amelia. Following some fun in the sun, they capped off the day with a dinner date at Greek restaurant Tony Taverna’s located in the Malibu Country Mart. They were photographed separately leaving the eatery, but Amelia could be spotted behind Scott in a photo. “They’re still getting to know each other. They’re just hanging out and it’s nothing serious yet,” our insider also reveals. When it comes to age differences, Lisa and Harry — who married in 1997 — have a 13 year gap of their own. Harry also shares a son Dimitri Hamlin, 40, with Ursula Andress, 84, who is 15 years his senior.
Previously, Harry has opened up about how he feels about Amelia and her sister Delilah Hamlin, 22, dating — and he seems like the most supportive dad ever. “As long as the boys they’re going out with are good guys, I’m fine with it, you know?” Harry said in an Oct. 2019 interview to HollywoodLife. “Well, the test of time is really what tells me whether [the guys are] good or not…But you know, [my girls are] learning. My kids are learning, you know,” he added.
Scott’s latest romance comes three months after his on-again, off-again relationship with Sofia Richie, 22, officially came to an end. The Talentless clothing designer and Rolla’s Jeans model first started dating in 2017, and Sofia also appeared on several episodes of Keeping Up with Scott, his ex Kourtney Kardashian, 41, and their kids Mason, 10, Penelope, 7, and Reign, 5. For her part, Sofia has moved on with Cha Cha Matcha founder Matthew Morton, 27.
