This chicken “heiress” has her feathers in a bunch.

Kaila Methven is clucking about Lifetime’s sexy, new short film, “A Recipe for Seduction,” a collaboration with Kentucky Fried Chicken starring Mario Lopez.

Methven’s maternal grandfather, Stanley Methven, founded Rainbow Chicken Unlimited, which once supplied nearly all of KFC’s poultry, according to Fox News.

“I think certain aspects of the film can be construed as something that’s very vulgar,” she told the outlet, adding that the video is “definitely not something” her family — worth around $600 million — “would ever approve of.”

In the steamy, 16-minute mini movie, 47-year-old Lopez portrays a hot chef named Harland Sanders — a k a brand symbol Colonel Sanders — who gets with Jessica, an heiress whose father has died.

It hit a little too close for home for Methven, a 29-year-old lingerie designer.

“A bunch of people were asking me if that was my grandmother or if it was my mother the film was portraying,” she said. Her mom, Lisa, committed suicide in 2006 when Melvin was 14 years old.

“[It] reminded me of my mother’s family – lies, scandals and money,” Methven said. “Everyone in my family married into wealthy families except for me.”

“A Recipe for Seduction” premiered on Lifetime on Sunday, Dec. 13.

Although she called it “cute and cheesy,” Methven also found it to be “degrading,” especially because Jessica’s conniving mother is placed in a mental hospital at the end of the story.

Methven is “embarrassed that [Lifetime and KFC] would take an American family franchise that my grandfather made worldly and turn it into some kind of a cheap movie about a guy whoring himself out to a rich family,” she said.

“I find this completely inappropriate and so shameful. I want no part of it and I apologize on behalf of everyone that they are seeing KFC in this way as it’s very hurtful.”
