Looks like she’ll have some new heartbreak songs on her next album.
Kacey Musgraves and Ruston Kelly finally reached a settlement in their divorce, TMZ reported on Wednesday.
As part of the settlement, Musgraves, 32, and Kelly, 32, put their home on the market. When it sells, the “Merry Go ‘Round” singer will get 84.4% of the proceeds and Ruston will get the rest, TMZ reported.
They agreed to enforce their prenuptial agreement, so all they need to do is have a judge sign off on their divorce.
The former couple first announced their plans to divorce in July after two years of marriage.
Reps for Musgraves did not immediately get back to us.
