Hol’ up — are Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin breaking up with us??? Word on the street is that the couple plans on permanently moving to Canada after the pair officially ties the knot!
It’s been well over a decade since JB decided to call the United States his permanent residence, but you know what they say: There’s no place like home. Rumors has it, the “No Brainer” singer and his bride-to-be are planning on packing their bags and movin’ right on over to Canada after their nuptials to officially put down roots where Justin was born and raised.
According to Us Weekly, Justin “needs to get out of the LA/NYC scene” because it has apparently been “overwhelming for him.”
Hey, we totally get it. The constant pressure of the paparazzi and being practically chased by fans everywhere you go would totally get to us, too. Just take it from the Biebs’ ex, Selena Gomez, who recently revealed to Elle magazine that she has moved on to greener, erm, more orange pastures as she traveled down south to Orange County for similar reasons. BUT we can’t say we aren’t selfishly a little bummed that our stock of cute Jailey moments will be much more sparse.
But on a more serious note, we are SO happy for them. The two seem to be in a great place as the site also shared that Justin is “trying to climatize what a normal life should look like and feels most at peace at home.”
Right now, Justin and Hailey are focusing on wedding plans, and even though they’ve only been engaged for two months, an insider mentioned, “They want to get married really soon.”
