I know it’s a really mean thing to do to my sibling but I so want to do it again.
I am 22 and my brother is 24. We share a flat together and his girlfriend spends a lot of time here.
I came home early from work one day to find her half-undressed on the sofa using a sex toy. I was gobsmacked.
She was really embarrassed and she quickly got up and started to put her clothes back on, but I walked over and stopped her.
I pulled her close to me and she responded immediately. We kissed and fell back on to the settee. We ended up having amazing sex.
She is a very beautiful girl. She is 23, really curvy and has long blonde hair.
We lay in one another’s arms for a while afterwards. We both said it was the best sex ever but we agreed it can’t ever happen again. She left the flat quite upset.
I don’t think she could face seeing my brother that day. She has been dating him for more than a year and they have a good relationship from what I can tell.
I have always thought she was very sexy and wished I could find a girl just like her. She is everything I have ever wanted in a girlfriend.
I realised later that day that it was such a stupid thing to do because I have risked turning my whole family upside down.
My brother is not just my brother, he is my best mate, too. We do loads together.
But I want to have sex with his girlfriend again and it is tearing me in two. I am not proud of myself.
I want to follow my heart but I know my brother would be devastated. This girl is the first proper girlfriend he has had.
I’m struggling so much. What do I do?

DEIDRE SAYS: If you have got any sense, nothing. It is not unusual for brothers to be attracted to the same kind of woman, or even the same woman.
Equally, your brother’s girlfriend may be attracted by qualities you share with your brother.
That does not make it OK to have an affair, though. You both know the damage it would cause if you let things go further.
Your brother’s girlfriend is not the only girl in the world. Your sibling would be devastated if he found out you’d had sex with the girl he loves.
It is hard but your brother’s girlfriend is not free to have a relationship with anyone else, least of all you.
Tell yourself it is not going to happen again and stick to that. Definitely make sure you avoid being on your own with her so neither of you is tempted to make the same mistake again.
The longing will pass, especially if you keep yourself busy with a full social life.
