A Fifty Shades of Grey inspired seaside flat described as ‘one of Brighton’s real gems’ is now available to rent on Airbnb.
The quirky residence, which is located in Cumberland Court, Brighton, is the seaside resort’s answer to the famous playroom that features in the Hollywood drama.
The property, which looks over the picturesque seafront, comes fully equipped with sex toys, coital sofas and wall-to-wall erotica.
Described as ‘bright, spacious and kinky’, the unusual residence is now available on Airbnb and costs a minimum of £300 a night.

The letting agents have described the unusual property in Brighton as ‘bright, spacious and kinky’
Letting agent Julia Maria said: ‘The modern two-bedroom flat is in a prime location close to the seaside, and it’s very light and airy.
‘It’s one of Brighton’s real gems. But it’s not your typical property.’
A step inside the property reveals a huge circular bed in the centre of the room, a ‘tantric sofa’ in the corner and a warped chaise longue, which was custom built in Germany, for ‘adult fun’.
A lamp that features a whip-wielding headless mannequin sporting a leather gimp suit, also sits in the corner of the room.

As guests make there way into the hallway, they will be met with erotic prints of buttocks, lingerie, a busty stone torso and a phallic doll.

‘It lets you see everything’, Julia said.
The creative flat is now available to rent for guests aged 21 and over but the estate agents insist the flat is not available for parties.
Julia added: ‘It’s for couples – no more than four people.’
