She may have skipped the red carpet, but Beyoncé was indisputably the best-dressed star at the 2019 NAACP Image Awards.
The “Crazy in Love” singer, 37, accepted the entertainer of the year award at Saturday night’s show clad in a white Balmain Couture suit gown that featured an ultra-revealing slit, belted waist and matching oversized hat.
Her husband Jay-Z coordinated with his wife in a double-breasted navy suit by Louis Vuitton, and while accepting the President’s Award, he even made mention of Beyoncé’s fashion-icon status.
“I’d like to dedicate this award to the beautiful woman in my life. Just because of the white suit,” the 49-year-old rapper said.
Beyoncé finished her seemingly suffragette-inspired ensemble with silver strappy sandals by Giuseppe Zanotti ($845) and dramatic Lorraine Schwartz earrings.
