Best supermarket alcohol deals if you’re hosting now lockdown rules have eased

Spring is here, the days are longer and brighter, and we are once again allowed to host loved ones outside.

On March 29 the rule of six was re-introduced, marking the first easing of lockdown restrictions across the UK in the government's roadmap, and the first chance for families and friends to socialise together for the first time in months.

The welcomed move was then followed by the reopening of non-essential retailers, pubs and restaurants on April 12. While the pubs are now open for business, we know that pub-life isn't for everyone.

So if you prefer enjoying a few drinks in the comfort of your own home, or out at a picnic with friends, you probably want to keep your booze supplies stocked up.
