Best celebrity Christmas decorations of all time from Holly’s front door display to Rochelle’s fireplace

With Christmas finally here, many of us have already turned our attention towards decorating our homes to help get into the festive spirit.

From elegant lights and ornaments to towering trees fit for a King, everyone has their own unique style when it comes to creating the perfect Christmas look – and celebrities are no exception.

So to celebrate the festive season’s imminent arrival, we take a closer look at some of the most memorable and jaw dropping Christmas decorations of all time, to help give you a little inspiration for how to decorate your own home this year.

Holly Willoughby

For the 2022 festive season, This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby enlisted the help of professional florists Early Hours London to help add a touch of holiday magic to her home.

In a unique deviation away from the traditional colour palette of red and green, Holly selected a more silver and frosted scheme, with a large illuminated floral display bringing a warm and almost ethereal touch of the season to her home.

Completing her door display with two sparkling Christmas wreathes adorned with an array of baubles and foliage, the star brought a brand new twist to a classic style.

Prince William & Kate Middleton

While many of us may not have the space to recreate Prince William and wife Kate’s 25ft Christmas tree which was unveiled last month, fans at home can copy the look with a pared back set of silver and white baubles in a crisp, clean and minimalist aesthetic which draws more attention to the natural beauty of the tree than overloading it with lights.

While not to everyone’s taste, the look is a modern and intriguing way to add a different dimension to any Christmas look.

Stacey Solomon

Taking a similar approach to William and Kate, Stacey Solomon also opted for a very different take on a traditional Christmas tree this year — by creating her very own tree from scratch.

A keen lover of all things crafty, Stacey delighted fans when she revealed she had made the tree of her dreams after years of coveting an extra fluffy and pastel toned tree.

Constructed entirely from pampas grass, the unique design is certainly a talking point for any visitors to her home, with the soft and bushy tree also proving to be a firm hit with her family too.

Kris Jenner

Renowned for their lavish Christmas decorations, the Kardashians are certainly no stranger to making a lasting impression with their choice of decor and the family’s matriarch Kris Jenner is no exception.

In one of her most memorable displays to date, back in 2017 Kris decked out her entire home with multiple Christmas trees adorned with blue string lights, tinsel and a slew of red shimmering baubles.

However it was a large metallic polar bear sculpture which truly stole the show, as it too pride of place beside her staircase ahead of Santa’s imminent arrival.

Mrs Hinch

Keeping things a little more traditional this year, cleaning guru Mrs Hinch opted for a green and red colour scheme as she decked out the Hinch Farm in rustic but enticing decorations adorn with ribbons, baubles and poinsettias.

Featuring both a fir leaf surround and a wreath, pops of metallic colour were added to complete with look, in the form of pinecones sprayed silver and even a few silver stars.

Rochelle Hulmes

For her take on a festive fireplace, Rochelle Hulmes added a tad more colour to help bring her display to life.

Following in Holly Willoughby’s footsteps with a design courtesy of Early Hours London, her ornate display featured swathes of ivy and fir leaves hanging in various eye catching tendrils, while a collection of baubles in alternating sizes completed the look in shades of red, green, blue gold and purple.

A number of red hanging leaf tendrils were also included in the display to help accentuate the room’s centrepiece with a slightly undone but very homely feel conveyed in the elaborate decoration.

Millie Court & Chloe Burrows

Love Island duo Millie Court and Chloe Burrows ditched the showbiz pomp for a more down to earth and relatable set of Christmas decorations this year, after moving in together following their breakups.

Keeping things bang on budget while still oozing some much needed festive spirit, the 2021 villa stars opted to put up an artificial Christmas tree complete with pastel baubles and twinkling fairy lights, after falling in love with the items at The Range.

Among some of the decorations visible in images shared by the duo, are hanging rainbows festive gnomes, and even a few feather topped baubles.

Amanda Holden

In a third entry by Early Hours London, Amanda Holden ’s door display from 2021 is definitely a thing of beauty to behold.

Taking her inspiration from a peacock, the elaborate door display featured a wealth of feathers from the iconic bird, as well as a series of baubles in shades of blue, green, yellow and purple.

Not only was the colour scheme a stark contrast to more traditional choices, the use of feathers also gives a unique option for anyone wishing to recreate the look at home, by adding different textures and dimensions to their holiday decor.

Tess Daly

Proving you can’t go wrong with a tried and tested family favourite, Tess Daly ’s decoration adorned tree from 2021 is easily a timeless classic.

Opting for a thick and bushy tree, the Strictly Come Dancing star's choice of decorations were largely simple, with a variety of textured round baubles and miniature figurines adorning the branches.

Strung fairy lights were also clearly visible in the images, alongside some personalised decorations, such as a prominent bauble emblazoned with her initial ’T’.

Instead of sticking to one type of bauble, the tree allowed each member of the family to show their personality, with everything from traditional Santas present, all the way through to things such as a miniature replica of Jeff Koons’ balloon dog.
