Raven Gates is getting her happy ending after heartbreak.
On Friday, the former “Bachelor” contestant, who was the runner-up on Nick Viall’s season back in 2017, got engaged to boyfriend Adam Gottschalk; the pair met on “Bachelor in Paradise” the same year.
“I’m keeping you forever and for always. We will be together all of our days. Wanna wake up every morning to your sweet face,” Gates, 27, wrote Sunday on Instagram, sharing the engagement portraits from photographer Courtney Matthews.
With Gates’ engagement ring on full display in the photographs, it’s easy to see that Gottschalk, 29, had no trouble selecting the right rock.
“Raven’s elegant engagement ring appears to feature a cushion-cut center diamond surrounded by a sparkling halo of diamonds and set on a split-shank, diamond-accented band in white gold or platinum,” Brilliant Earth‘s VP of strategy and merchandising, Kathryn Money, told Page Six Style on Monday.
The center diamond is estimated to weigh approximately 2-2.5 carats and the ring itself is estimated to cost between $20,000 and $35,000, “depending on the quality and specific characteristics of the center diamond,” Money noted.
And if future groom Gottschalk needs further validation that he made the right purchase, former “Bachelor” Arie Luyendyk Jr. also gave him the thumbs-up.
“Adam did good on that ring,” the new dad quipped on social media.
