Disgruntled shoppers have mocked a bacon sandwich sold in an Asda cafe – branding it ‘abysmal’ and ‘depressing’
The snack costing £2.50 was made with ‘stale bread and cold bacon’, according to the Reddit user who purchased it from an unnamed branch.
The sarnie looked rather bare, but the customer revealed that they would have had to pay extra for butter to lived it up.

Their post received over 440 comments, with other Reddit users joining in to mock the sandwich.
