Why Rose Byrne ‘Can’t Even Think About’ Having More Children

Too much on her plate! Rose Byrne doesn’t have any immediate plans to give her sons a younger brother or sister.

“I can’t even think about that, I’m so busy,” the actress, 39, told Us Weekly exclusively at the Ads-Up presents It’s Your Shout Gala on Thursday, April 25. “[My boys] are keeping me very busy. They’re physically very exhausting. They’re still so little as well, but it’s good!”

The Instant Family star, who shares Rocco, 3, and Rafa, 17 months, with her boyfriend, Bobby Cannavale, added that “they’ve got” a sibling already — each other.

Bryne and the Boardwalk Empire alum, 48, who have been dating since 2012, had their baby boys back-to-back, welcoming Rocco in 2016 and Rafa in 2017.

While the couple keep their little ones private, the Golden Globe nominee opened up about the unique challenges balancing motherhood with her career during a May 2016 episode of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.

“I’ve been doing a lot of traveling, too, so I’ve been taking my breast milk everywhere with me,” Byrne told Stephen Colbert at the time. “They wave this weird thing over the top of it, and there’s a whole production going on. They take it very seriously that it could be something. I just stand there and smile and tell them that it’s really breast milk, and that it’s nothing.”

She joked: “‘[My son’s] really real; he’s here. You want me to get ‘em out? What do you think?’”
