Pink and Carey Hart’s son, Jameson, is only 2 years old, but he can already ride an electric bike, following in his father’s footsteps.
The former professional motorcross competitor, 43, showed off his son’s skills in a Monday, February 18, Instagram video. “Jamo blows me away!!!” he captioned the footage. “Today at the shop I broke out his @ridestacyc electric bike. Literally his first go, he made it the length of my shop! I was a little nervous about the throttle, but he picked it up instantly. Not bad for 2 years old. Gonna have my hands full lol.”
“There you go,” Hart said in the video as he held his son’s wheel steady. When he let go, Jameson forged ahead confidently in a black helmet, a camouflage jacket and rain boots.
His older sister, Willow, 7, could be seen in the background messing around on her scooter.
Pink’s husband posted a picture with his daughter later that day, writing, “Love that the kids enjoy hanging in my shop. Willow asking me questions as I solder the wiring on mamas @indianmotorcyle. #Scout. Think it’s time for her to pick up the tig.”
Hart’s parenting skills have been called into question multiple times — and Pink stood up for him in December 2018 when he was bashed for not putting goggles on his toddler as they rode a dirt bike together.
“You sound well informed on the performance of my husband as a father,” the “What About Us” singer, 39, said to a negative Instagram user. “Answer me this: how often have you spent time with my husband? How often have you watched him parent? Do you know my children? Are you aware of their development? Even better: what are your credentials in Parenting expertise?”
She added: “You sound like a person that could learn something by looking at all of this. God bless your perfect path. I have no interest in that myself. However, do check in from time to time to let us know what other teachings you may have for us, oh perfect f–king stranger.”
