What good is it having a famous mom if you can’t use her to gain social media followers?
Victoria Beckham said her 17-year-old son, Romeo, recently joined TikTok and asked if she would do a dance with him.
“What should we dance to? He said ‘the Spice Girls,'” Beckham explained to Ellen DeGeneres in a sit-down airing Monday. “And then he took my phone, he posted it on my Instagram and said ‘That’ll get my numbers up’… He used me!”
The mother and son duo recently recorded a video dancing to “Spice Up Your Life” in the kitchen.
“It was a lot of fun, but I have to say I think that Romeo definitely takes after his dad with his moves,” Beckham said, joking about her husband David Beckham.
Both DeGeneres and Victoria Beckham agreed that her teenage son didn’t put too much effort into the TikTok dance moves.
The two also discussed how Beckham’s 20-year-old son Brooklyn was listed as one of the sexiest men “at any age” in People’s 2019 Sexiest Man Alive issue.
“I don’t know if I want to know that,” Beckham said. “I don’t need to know.”
