But her all-over glow comes as much from her dedication to wellness as it does fitness. “I’ve always been a little hippie, spiritual,” the longtime vegan, who announced her split from husband, Channing Tatum, in April 2018, told Cosmo. “I am very sensitive — what you would call an empath.”
