“208lbs to 165lbs!” the Teen Mom OG star, 26, captioned a side-by-side photo of his before and after physique on Instagram Thursday, September 27. “I’ve been eating healthy for about 7 months (no processed foods/low carbs/no sugar) but I’ve only been working out for 3 of those months & I’m finally starting to see results from it!”

Baltierra added fire, praise-hand, winky-face and muscle emojis to his caption, along with “#ReachingGoals #SelfLove #Dedication #NaturalEndorphins #IAmMyOnlyCompetition.” In the more recent shot, the reality star shows off his new toned, muscular figure.

The MTV personality has documented his weight-loss journey on social media for months. He revealed on Snapchat in July that he was down 45 lbs. “5 months ago I was 208,” he wrote at the time. “Today? 163! #BOOM.”

Us Weekly exclusively confirmed on September 13 that Baltierra’s wife, Catelynn Lowell, is pregnant with the couple’s third child. “The big news is that we are expecting our rainbow baby. This baby is our rainbow after the storm. I’m super excited,” she told Us. “It was a huge shock at first. We were not planning it, especially after the miscarriage and how I went downhill with my mental illness.”

Lowell, also 26, continued: “We were going to wait a really long time. We were using protection and everything and still got pregnant. This baby just wanted to be here. It was very unexpected.”

Baltierra and Lowell are already parents of daughters Carly, 9, whom the pair placed for adoption in 2009, and Novalee, 3.

“I think we both want a boy for sure, but also we have Nova,” the Conquering Chaos author told Us earlier this month. “So it’s, like, if we’re just meant to have girls, we’re meant to have girls.”
