Before the cast members take to their remote location, they’re regular human beings with regular bodies. Afterwards, contestants who make it through enough Tribal Council elimination ceremonies with host Jeff Probst have typically transformed into superheroes and dropped major pounds, getting leaner and more ripped as the survival contest goes on.
