Work it! When pregnant Kate Hudson shared a bathroom selfie of her naked baby bump on Thursday, September 6, fans zeroed in on a shiny object in the background.
“Nice stripper pole!” wrote one person in the comments. Added another: “Oh my goodness is that a pole in your bathroom? I think I love you even more now.”
Hudson’s mom, Goldie Hawn, has opened up about the dance equipment in her 39-year-old daughter’s bathroom. “First of all, there is nothing more fun than swinging around a pole. I tried it, and it was the hardest thing . . . to try to get yourself on this pole,” the Overboard actress revealed on Anderson Live in 2012. “There was no sexual connotation to it whatsoever.”
In 2009, a source told Us Weekly that the Fabletics cofounder was “laughing and giddy” when the pole was first installed. “She holds on with both her arms and flips her legs into the air,” the insider shared at the time. “It’s kind of amazing.”
The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days actress — she’s due this month! — has been exercising throughout her pregnancy. On Wednesday, the star’s trainer Nicole Stuart posted a snap of their private Pilates session.
Hudson announced in April that she and her boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa, are expecting a baby together — a little girl. The couple, who have been friends for more than 15 years, celebrated their one-year dating anniversary in December 2017. While this is the musician’s first child, Hudson has sons Ryder, 14, and Bingham, 7, from previous relationships with Chris Robinson and Matt Bellamy, respectively.
