Michael Bublé Reveals His Pregnant Wife Is Expecting a Girl

Michael Bublé had plenty to celebrate this 4th of July. The “Haven’t Met You Yet” singer revealed to the Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show on Today FM on June 29, that he and his wife of seven years, Luisana Lopilato, would be expecting their first baby girl.

“I got my first little girl coming in three weeks, and I’ve actually never said that before in public. I’ve got a daughter coming,” the 42-year-old singer shared.

Us Weekly revealed back in February that the couple is expecting their third child.

The twosome faced a very public battle with cancer back in November 2016 after their now 4-year-old son, Noah, was diagnosed with liver cancer. Both Bublé and Lopilato, 31, put their careers on hold to care for their eldest son. (The duo are also parents of 2-year-old son Elias).

As Lopilato shared in a 2017 sit-down interview in her native country of Argentina, the family faced their adversity with plenty of faith. “These things, when they happen to you in life, they make you realize that the most important thing isn’t what you thought it was — it’s to have faith, to be strong,” she said.

By December of 2017, a source told Us that Noah was “doing well,” with both mom and dad ready to go back to work.

Things were looking even better by February, when Bublé shared an uplifting update with Us. “We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy,” he said. “He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage.”
