Kim Kardashian Reveals the 'Prank' She and Her Kids Pulled on Kanye West: 'Mommy's Dead!'

North and her younger brother Saint have found a unique way to bond.

In a new conversation with ELLE, Kim Kardashian West opened up about how her two older children are “starting to get closer now that [North] can include him in her jokes.”

“She roped him into an April Fools’ prank yesterday that was ridiculous,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star said of her daughter, 5½, and 3-year-old son. “She took ketchup into my bathroom, and she begged me to let her spread it on me, and on the bathroom, as if it was like a bad scary movie. Then she asked me to lie down.”

“I thought she was just playing, maybe that she was going to say I was hurt. No,” she continued. “She taught Saint how to fake cry — she showed him how to do it! — and then she told him to scream, ‘Mommy’s dead!’ “

One person who was definitely not impressed with the fake gore was the kids’ dad Kanye West, recalled the KKW Beauty founder, 38.

“Kanye ran upstairs and he was like, ‘Kids, this is not funny. This is not a good prank.’ I completely understand and I agree,” said Kardashian West.

She couldn’t help giving her kids some props, though. “It did make me a little impressed that they planned something together, and they were getting along and having fun as a team,” the mom of three admitted.

North is likely ecstatic to have a second little brother on the way, considering she once told Kardashian West, ” ‘Mom … we just need to have another baby brother so that Saint can just leave me alone … so the girls can be on this side of the house and the boys can be on that side of the house.’ “

The reality star — who is also mom to daughter Chicago, 14 months — said in October 2017 that her oldest child with West, 41, was coming around to Saint, debunking rumors surrounding her earlier admission that North wasn’t the biggest fan of her little brother.

“I said that on [Live with Kelly and Ryan],” she recalled, adding of the little girl’s affection for the then-22-month-old, “Obviously North loves Saint, she just is still jealous.”
