There are already big things in the works for the next generation KarJenner kids! Kim and Khloé Kardashian along with their half-sister Kylie Jenner have reportedly filed to trademark the names of their children.
The trio filed with the intention of using their offspring’s monikers for multiple business purposes including a clothing line, toys and skincare products, TMZ Opens a New Window. reported on Monday, February 18. Kim, 38, and her husband, Kanye West, share two daughters, North, 5, and Chicago, 11 months, as well as a son, Saint, 3.
Khloé, 34, and Kylie, 21, meanwhile, each have one daughter. The Good American designer shares 10-month-old baby girl True with Tristan Thompson while the Lip Kit maven and her boyfriend, Travis Scott, welcomed their 12-month-old tot, Stormi, in February 2018. (Not mentioned in the documents were eldest sister Kourtney or her three children, Mason, 9, Penelope, 6, and Reign, 4, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.)
Kylie previously tried to trademark her first name in 2015, but her attempt was shut down in 2017 after Australian singer Kylie Minogue took her to court.
According to TMZ, Kylie filed to trademark Stormiworld, a play on the 26-year-old “Goosebumps” rapper’s Astroworld album and tour. Earlier this month, the couple used the Stormiworld theme for an over-the-top 1st birthday bash for their only child, featuring a massive inflatable of her face that guests walked through as they entered the party. Scott has a similar elaborate entrance at each concert stop.
Kim and the 41-year-old Yeezy founder — who tied the knot in May 2014 — will soon be adding a fourth child to their brood. Us Weekly broke the news in January that the couple’s surrogate is pregnant with a baby boy who is set to arrive “in very early May.” (Chicago was also carried by a surrogate, though the pair is using a different woman this time around.)
A source told Us in December 2018 that the Strong Looks Better Naked author and the Cleveland Cavaliers player, 27, are “actively trying” for a second child. However, more recently the duo — who welcomed their first child days after Thompson was caught cheating on Khloé with multiple women — have been spending a lot of time apart, sparking speculation they’ve split.
An insider told Us on Friday, February 15, that Khloé has been “living and behaving as a single mother” and “hasn’t traveled to Cleveland in a while.”
