Birkin Baby! Khloé Kardashian’s daughter, True, was thriving in the throwback Opens a New Window. the reality star posted on Wednesday, March 6 — but some fans were far from pleased.
“About 4 months ago,” the reality star, 34, captioned the upload. “My girl is growing up so fast.” In the pic, her daughter, now 10 months, smiled wide in the middle of a pile of Birkin bags. Fourteen purses could be seen in the shot, including a lime green “KHLOMONEY” one printed with dollar bills and money bags.
Even though Kim Zolciak commented heart-eye emojis and, “Basking in Birkins,” not all of the Revenge Body host’s followers were fans of the photo.
“We get it. You’re rich… we aren’t,” one social media user wrote. “The worst part is, you just keep doing it. Humility goes a long way.” Another added, “The cost of those bags sure could feed a lot of hungry kids!!”
This isn’t the first time that the Strong Looks Better Naked author has photographed her little one with designer bags. Kardashian posted a trio of pics Opens a New Window. of her baby girl from the same day in November 2018, writing, “Nothing can change this love.” True sat inside of a purse wearing a navy shirt and leopard-print head wrap.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star welcomed her daughter in April 2018 with Tristan Thompson. The exes, who started dating in 2016, split in February 2019 after the Cleveland Cavaliers player cheated on the reality star with Kylie Jenner’s best friend, Jordyn Woods.
When it comes to coparenting their baby girl, a source told Us Weekly that the NBA player isn’t concerned about how that will work.
“Tristan isn’t too worried about not seeing True, or Khloé establishing new rules when it comes to coparenting,” the insider said. “He honestly doesn’t really care and was over it. He was never trying to win Khloé back. Tristan’s friends are all just thinking, ‘What an idiot.’”
