Hug me, father! Josh Peck and his wife, Paige O’Brien, are expecting their first child together.
The Drake & Josh alum, 31, shared the happy news on Instagram Thursday, August 23. “Oh baby. Literally, there’s a baby in there,” he captioned a pic of himself and O’Brien showing off her burgeoning baby bump. “Love u @paigeobrienn.”
O’Brien, 27, posted a close-up shot of her belly on her own Instagram account Thursday. “We’re havin’ a baby!” she declared.
John Stamos, who costarred with Peck in the short-lived sitcom Grandfathered, congratulated the pair. “The greatest news EVER!!!” he tweeted on Thursday. (The Fuller House star, 55, and wife Caitlin McHugh welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Billy, in April.)
Peck and O’Brien tied the knot in Malibu in June 2017, with family and close friends — including Stamos and McHugh, 32 — in attendance.
His former Drake & Josh costar Drake Bell made headlines when he complained about not being invited to the nuptials. “True colors have come out today,” the 32-year-old tweeted at the time. “Message is loud and clear. Ties are officially cut. I’ll miss you brotha.”
A source revealed to Us Weekly that the two hadn’t spoken in three years at that point, and Peck was “really hurt” by Bell’s decision to take his grievances public.
The former Nickelodeon stars later made up, sharing a hug at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards and joking about the incident. Bell told Us in September 2017: “We’re actually closer than we’ve been in a while … It’s totally great. It’s all love. We’re brothers, man.”
