Jon Rudnitsky: George Clooney Showed Me Photos of His Twins On Set!

Lucky guy! George and Amal Clooney have kept their 16-month-old twins, Alexander and Ella, out of the spotlight, but the new dad gave Jon Rudnitsky a first glimpse at his kids on the set of the Catch-22 miniseries.

“He showed me pictures on his phone,” the Saturday Night Live alum, 28, told Us Weekly exclusively at the sixth annual UNICEF Masquerade Ball at Clifton’s Republic in Los Angeles on Thursday, October 25. “They look adorable. I mean, those two made them, so …”

Rudnitsky couldn’t help but rave about having the opportunity to work alongside George, 57, who directed and executive produced the upcoming six-episode drama series.

“He’s the coolest. Exactly what you’d hope for,” the comedian told Us. “And I got to meet Amal twice, so come on, forget about it! That’s the entire bucket list right there.”

Rudnitsky admitted that he hoped to get the two-time Oscar winner’s cellphone number, but he ultimately didn’t.

“I dreamed we’d be in [Lake] Como,” he quipped. “It’d be me, him and Brad [Pitt] just solving the world’s problems. Maybe later. But he was very kind to the whole cast, so it was cool just getting to work with him. And he’s real handsome.”

George and Amal, 40, married at Ca’Farsetti palace in Venice, Italy, in September 2014. They welcomed their twins in June 2017.

Catch-22 premieres on Hulu in May 2019.
