Jenna Jameson Just Shared A Photo Of Her Loose Skin After Losing 60 Pounds On Keto

Yes, Jenna Jameson has had a ton of success on the keto diet. (Those #ketotransformation pictures don’t lie.)

But, as Jenna points out in a new Instagram post, losing weight can sometimes come with an unwanted side effect: loose skin.

“Yes I’m trying to make the most of my legs in this pic… but if you look you can see the loose skin,” Jenna wrote, captioning a picture of herself in a black-and-white strapless swimsuit—with her leg clearly posed and flexed. “I’m actively doing yoga as much as possible to try to tighten,” she added.

Jenna said she wanted to post this so that other women can see what really happens when you lose weight (but that it’s still totally worth it). “It’s not all perfection,” she wrote. “But I feel so beyond healthy now that I’m fat adapted and intermittent fasting on the regular.”

In July, Jenna revealed on Instagram that she lost nearly 60 pounds on the keto diet. Jenna said at the time that she felt “lethargic and struggled with the easiest of tasks” when she was heavier, adding, “I felt slow mentally and physically.” Now, she feels “happier, smarter, and much more confident.”

That was when she was at 130 pounds—Jenna later shared that she got down to 125 pounds, a weight she’s happy at and continues to maintain. Jenna revealed on Instagram in mid-September that she’s upping her calories a little to try to avoid losing more weight. “I am not saying to myself… ‘it’s ok to eat garbage processed nastiness!’ I am sticking to yummy organic fresh foods,” she wrote at the time.

Still, Jenna allows herself a cheat meal here and there. She shared a photo on Instagram of herself surrounded by plates of food in mid-September alongside the caption, “When I have a cheat meal, I go IIIIIIN! Israeli style!”

Loose skin or not, Jenna seems pretty thrilled with the results of her weight-loss efforts—and ultimately, that’s what matters.
