Jana Kramer Has Serious Regrets Over Husband Mike Caussin's Vasectomy

Actor and country music singer Jana Kramer still wonders if her husband’s vasectomy was the right decision for their family. Her husband, Mike Caussin, is a former NFL player. The couple have two children: Jolie Rae, 3, and Jace Joseph, 6 months.

On June 1, the Whine Down podcast host talked with Us Weekly at the iHeart Radio Wango Tango Podcast Suite about her misgivings. “I have honestly regretted the vasectomy. The fact that Jace started to sit up now, this is going to be the last crib in the house,” Kramer lamented. “He’s going to be a year in six months… To know that we won’t have a baby ever again, that saddens me… We’re still young. We could have more kids. Maybe when I’m 40, I’d stop.”

But Caussin disagreed with his wife’s take on the situation, speaking at the Podcast Suite as well. “When would it end?” he asked. “Because you could say the same thing on the third. ‘Well, they’re already sitting up. Maybe we could have another one.’”

He added, “I don’t want to raise kids until I’m 70. Come on, don’t you want to have fun at the end of our life, and be able to travel, and do things together? I look forward to those moments… If we keep having kids, that ain’t happening, sweetie.”

Kramer’s been above and beyond when it comes to being a patient wife — we’re wondering if Caussin should tread a little more gently here. The couple endured a split in September 2016 when news broke that Caussin had been unfaithful to Kramer with numerous women. He was in sex addiction treatment for two months before they later reconciled. Then, after Kramer and Caussin renewed their vows in late 2017, Caussin relapsed into sex addiction once again in 2018. Despite all of this, Kramer has stayed with Caussin. They have been married for four years. Caussin also recently made waves by stating that it would be a “deal breaker” for him if Kramer ever cheated on him.

“Wow… he’s a winner,” wrote one Twitter user:

Um, dude. Check yourself. This woman has put up with plenty on your end.
