He’s here! Jana Kramer and husband Mike Caussin have welcomed their second child together, a baby boy named Jace, on Thursday, November 29.
“Welcome to the world Jace Joseph Caussin. Our hearts are so full,” Kramer captioned a photo of her newborn on Thursday via Instagram. “Thank you to all of our friends and family..and all of you who have supported Mike and I, and our growing family. We are so blessed, and a huge thank you to @avawomen for helping us grow our family. #rainbowbaby #blessed.”

The proud parents — who already share 2-year-old daughter Jolie, revealed the sex of the child exclusively to Us Weekly in July following a gender reveal party. The One Tree Hill alum, 34, was stunned when she found out that her intuition was wrong when it came to the child’s sex. “I was convinced it was a girl. Like, absolutely convinced with how sick I’ve been and the cravings I’ve had. I was like, ‘OK, I’m definitely having another girl,’” she told Us. “And I kind of secretly wanted a girl because I never had a sister, so I always wanted to know what that was like.”
The NFL player, 31, shed tears of joy when he found out his wife was carrying a boy. “He’s gonna be such a good dad to a boy,” the Heart of Country star told Us. “It’s gonna be challenging because in this day and age for boys, you don’t want to be too hard on them, but you still want them to know it’s OK to show emotion and to kind of have that mix.”
Kramer also admitted that she believes their baby boy will be a “redo” for Caussin, whose infidelity made headlines in 2016. Though the pair — who married in 2015 — briefly separated in 2016, they later reconciled and renewed their vows in December 2017. “He’s really excited about having another baby,” the actress explained. “And just being really present and there for me because he wasn’t that way with Jolie.”
The “Whine Down With Jana Kramer” podcast host announced in June that she was pregnant following a string of miscarriages. “Surprise! We have a rainbow baby on the way & couldn’t be more excited! Jolie is going to be a big sister & we’re becoming a family of 4!” Kramer wrote alongside a photo of their family.
