Ivanka Trump And Jared Kushner Live An Insanely Lavish Life

A glimpse into the world of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner will reveal extravagant riches, including multimillion-dollar properties and grand vacations. Ivanka has made a name for herself separate from her polarizing father, soon-to-be ex-president Donald Trump. Her various fashion and jewelry lines and role as White House advisor has catapulted her into a coveted fortune worth millions of dollars. Her real estate mogul husband Jared Kushner happens to have a few bucks to his name, too.

The couple has garnered a large fortune from wealthy familial ties and business ventures, and together, they have a jaw-dropping amount of money, multiple pricey homes, and access to the finest things in life. While they are often at the helm of controversy, the Trump-Kushner lifestyle is years in the making and has grown into one of the most extravagant fortunes to date. Here is a look at the insanely lavish life of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner bought a $30 million property

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have lived in various multimillion-dollar properties over the years, but this $30 million property might trump them all. Penthouses and mansions in D.C. pale in comparison to the White House advisors’ newest real estate venture. In December 2020, Page Six reported the Trump-Kushners secured a big-budget lot in Miami on an Island nicknamed “Billionaires Bunker.”

According to the outlet, the lot is on the highly secluded Indian Creek Island and labeled as one of the “most secure places in Florida.” With “a 13-man police force for just 29 residences,” the Island is the perfect getaway for billionaires in need of lavish mansions and tons of privacy. The 1.84 acre property, which Page Six noted sold at a resounding $31.8 million, both happens to be in an exclusive area and very close to Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club. Other residents that have graced the bunker include supermodel Adriana Lima and billionaire Carl Ichan.

In Washington, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner rent quite the place

While being close White House advisors during the Trump administration, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have been renting a white house of their own in a ritzy D.C. neighborhood. The East Coast mansion is home to the business moguls and their three children, and it’s nestled in the Kalorama neighborhood, which is also home to the Obamas. According to The Wall Street Journal, Trump and Kushner are shelling out a stunning $15,000 in monthly rent.

The residence boasts six bedrooms and clocks in just shy of 7,000 square feet, and they are renting it from Chilean billionaire Andrónico Luksic, according to WSJ. As Town & Country noted, the sprawling mansion includes “five wood-burning fireplaces and a master suite with walk-in closets, a soaking tub, and a deck that overlooks the garden.” Although the affluent couple is only renting, they seem to be getting their money’s worth. Aaron Terrazas, a senior economist at Zillow, told Town & Country, “neighborhoods like Kalorama and Georgetown have a historic charm that’s maybe lacking in Manhattan.”

Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump vacation with taxpayer money

Some of the perks of being tied to the White House include lush vacations which often come as a cost to American taxpayers. Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have indulged in various getaways with White House security in tow. Quartz reported the couple sprung for a luxury resort vacation in the Dominican Republic in 2018. Even though their “personal” expenses were paid for from their own pockets, the outlet noted the rooms booked for the security detail came at the expense of taxpayers in the amount of $58,000 dollars.

According to The Washington Post, “travel by Ivanka Trump and her family accounted for more than $42,000 in federal payments to Trump properties.” Additionally, the couple has racked up over 13 trips to Bedminster during the height of the shelter-in-place orders between March and June. Each stay usually costs a hefty price tag of $567 per night for a four-room cottage at the Bedminster club, but during the latest visits from Trump and Kushner, “This spring, records show, the average payment per night went up to about $630.”

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have over a billion dollars in combined net worth

Multimillion-dollar properties, private jets, and luxurious vacations come with a heavy price tag for Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, who can easily afford their lavish lifestyle with their combined net worth of over a billion dollars. According to Celebrity Net Worth, Ivanka Trump is worth over $800 million on her own, which she has pocketed through various ventures with the Trump Organization and business ventures of her own. Before joining the ranks of her father’s companies, Trump launched a fashion line and her own range of fine jewelry. And as Forbes reported in 2016, her “clothing line alone … did $100 million in revenues in the last fiscal year.”

While both Trump and Kushner come from a long line of wealth, Kushner’s solo net worth is also a staggering $800 million, which stems from various real estate investments through the family business, Kushner Companies. According to The New York Times, Kushner companies brought over $7 billion from the last 10 years.

A look at Ivanka Trump's high-end clothing

Ivanka Trump’s luxurious lifestyle includes sporting high-end and over-the-top clothing. Trump’s taste in clothes has inspired multiple fashion and jewelry lines over the years, but what has garnered media attention are her outfits from big-deal celebrity designers. According to the Daily Mail, Trump sported a $3,700 Oscar de la Renta ensemble to a summit in Buenos Aires in 2018. The outlet noted that Trump paired the designer gown with a $275 handbag that she plucked from her own fashion line.

While her Oscar de la Renta outfit may be one of the more expensive outfits Trump has donned, she is no stranger to the finer things and has been spotted in various luxury clothing. For starters, as Footwear News noted, there was that state dinner on the Ivory Coast where she wore a dress by Alex Perry that cost over $2,000 and crystal-encrusted Jimmy Choo heels. But perhaps the most extravagant ensemble was the pink tulle dress worn to her father’s first state dinner which, according to Metro, cost Trump an astounding $12,888.

The art that makes up Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner's lavish collection

A mark of any multi-millionaire is an investment into one-of-a-kind pieces of art, and Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump are no exception. While the duo spends their fortune on expensive clothes and five-star resorts, they also dabble in the world of art, collecting pieces worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. According to Business Insider, “documents show the couple’s art collection is worth up to $25 million.”

The couple purchased a piece from artist Dan Colen for over $500,000 called “chewing gum on canvas,” and according to The Guardian, Trump’s taste in artists leans towards mostly male artists. When Artsy asked her to list her favorite artists, Trump said, “Wade Guyton, Nate Lowman, Alex Israel, Dan Colen, Joe Bradley, and others.” The art enthusiast also discussed her and Kushner’s pension for buying art stating, “We only have two rules: we don’t buy art that we don’t love, and we only buy something if we BOTH love it and want to live with it.”

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner send their kids to a pricey private school

The depth of the Trump-Kushner fortune extends to their three children, Arabella, Joseph, and Theodore, who, while young, still relish in their parents’ riches. Not only do the kids live in plush mansions at a young age, they also get to enjoy lavish vacations and fly private jets with their well-to-do parents. According to the Daily Mail, the oldest of the Trump-Kushner children, Arabella, flew on private jets at just four years old.

While all the children have been brought up in the spoils of their parent wealth, the riches also includes paying the hefty tuition of a private school education for all three of the Trump-Kushner children. In 2017, Town & Country reported Arabella was headed to the Jewish Primary Day School in Washington D.C., which has a yearly tuition that can reach over $31,000. Although wealth can’t buy everything, it seems, as the three children were reportedly pulled from their unnamed private school in 2020, due to the Trumps’ inability to follow Covid-19 guidelines. According to CNN, a parent from the school said, “There was no secret about their behaviors, because everyone could see them.”

Jared Kushner received a $10 million graduation present

One of the perks of coming from a wealthy family means receiving exorbitant gifts like Jared Kushner’s $10 million graduation present from his father. The present was The New York Observer newspaper, which Charles Kushner bought for his son after he graduated from Harvard. According to Time, the publication “was a weekly newspaper on salmon newsprint with a tiny circulation. But it was read by a Manhattan elite that liked its blend of gossip and intrigue.” Charles outbid Robert De Niro enterprises for the newspaper in order to give his son something to announce his arrival to Manhattan.

Jared received the gift at the young age of 25 in 2006, and it wasn’t the first time his father invested in his future. Time also reported that Charles “pledged $2.5 million to Harvard,” which has been intertwined with his son’s acceptance into the Ivy League school.

Ivanka Trump's expensive bracelet sparkled and sparked controversy

Ivanka Trump is no stranger to controversy over her years under the scrutiny of the public eye along with the shadow of her polarizing father. While the Trumps are known for their excess riches, various business ventures, and a luxurious lifestyle, Ivanka’s choice to wear her own merchandise has received backlash on multiple occasions.

The most notable came in the form of a bracelet Trump wore during an interview with her father on 60 Minutes. The mother of three wore a $10,800 diamond and gold bangle from her line, Ivanka Fine Jewelry. According to reports obtained by the New York Post, the following day, journalists were sent a “style alert” asking them to share the bangle with their clients. The email stated, “Ivanka wearing her favorite bangle from the Metropolis Collection over the weekend on 60 Minutes.” Critics slammed Trump for being a walking advertisement and for “potential conflict of interest” when it comes to using the presidency to market her own business affairs.

Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump's wedding included a 70-inch wedding cake

It’s no surprise that Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump’s wedding was an elaborate affair, complete with a 70-inch wedding cake and a designer wedding gown. The couple married in 2009, and Trump wore a custom-made Vera Wang gown. Speaking to BRIDES about her Grace Kelly-inspired dress choice, Trump said, “I would say I am a traditional/classic bride. This style is translated in my dress and jewelry choice.” The jewelry was, unsurprisingly, from her own line. As BRIDES noted, she went with “a diamond hair piece for $45,000, a platinum, art deco link diamond estate bracelet for $90,000 and mixed-cut platinum cluster earrings for $130,000.”

The cake was another opulent accent to the wedding and was made by cake artist Sylvia Weinstock. When asked about the cake, which featured a whopping 13 layers, Weinstock said to People, “Each layer was ringed with flowers. We had lisianthus, roses, peonies, Lilies of the Valley, baby’s breath — all in the coloring of whites, creams, pinks, ivory and flush tones.”

The multimillion-dollar private jet Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner take

Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump travel the world for extravagant family vacations to Mar-a-Lago and business ventures alike, and they do so on grand multimillion-dollar private jets. In 2018, the pair took Donald Trump’s personal jet named “Trump Force One” for a vacation in Saratoga, Wyoming. According to the Daily Mail, the plane is a Boeing 757 and is 153 feet long.

The Trumps are used to flying in style, including catching flights on Air Force One, but the Trump Force One might be their most extravagant asset yet. The plane is estimated to be worth $100 million and is a distinct red, white, and blue design. According to the Daily Mail, the inside of the plane “features a lounge room with L-shaped couches and 52-inch flatscreen TV, and a bathroom with a circular shower and marble sinks with gold faucets.” The interior also includes cream-colored seating with the Trump family crest embroidered into the seats.

Ivanka Trump's haircut will set you back a grand

Not only does Ivanka Trump spend her fortune on opulent clothing and private jets, she has also been noted spending thousands of dollars on her haircut alone. The affluent business mogul is known to showcase her wealth and often opts for the finer things in life, including a haircut from celebrity stylist at the Oscar Blandi Salon in New York City. As the Daily Mail noted, the then-new-mother-of-one was spotted leaving the posh salon in 2017 with a freshly cut and dyed set of locks.

Trump frequents the salon often and had her hair highlighted and trimmed by stylists Rita Zito and Kyle White. The simple style came at a high price of $1100 dollars. According to the Daily Mail, a cut and color at this salon is typically $1,000 every few months. InStyle detailed Trump’s platinum locks as a “status symbol because it requires constant upkeep,” and her new bob haircut caused a media frenzy. Stacy Jones, founder and CEO of Hollywood Branded, told InStyle that the cut was a calculated decision to help define Trump’s image, “Her hair plays a major role in this, as Ivanka’s new shorter bob haircut is more business-like and professional,” Jones said.

The many fancy apartments of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner

Before taking up residence in Washington, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner lived in a penthouse in Trump Park Avenue Towers on the Upper East Side. As StreetEasy noted, the apartment was listed for $4.1 million in 2016. The duo’s former two-bedroom two-bathroom home is 1,549 square feet, and as 6Sqft reported, the building offers “24 hours hotel and valet services, daily maid/ laundry service and a fitness center.” The couple put the condo on the market for rent starting at $15,000 when they moved to D.C. in 2016, but as Bloomberg noted, the asking price for the place dropped to $10,000 the following year.

As StreetEasy recalled, the couple scooped up a penthouse in the same Trump Park Avenue tower in 2011, and rumor has it that it cost a cool $16 million. In an interview with Elle Decor, Trump said of her opulent living space, “I want a home where kids can live happily and my husband can put his feet on the table or lie on the sofa watching TV and not be worried. Nothing should be so precious that you can’t use it.”
