Is Kylie Jenner, thinking about having a second baby? Well, yes… and no. The world’s youngest self-made billionaire definitely has thoughts on the matter — and is loving being a mom to her firstborn Stormi (born in February of 2018), whom she shares with rapper Travis Scott.
Jenner has, in the past, talked about wanting a bigger family. During a Snapchat Q&A in 2018 with her (ex?) best friend, Jordyn Woods, Jenner said, “Am I going to have another baby? I want another baby, but when is the question… I’m definitely not ready right this second and I don’t know when I will be. But yeah, when I do, I would love to share more of that with you guys.”
(Just maybe not with Jordyn Woods, who allegedly messed around with Jenner’s older sister Khloe Kardashian’s baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, further fueling that dumpster fire of a cheating scandal.)
But, alas, it sounds like Stormi won’t be a big sister very soon — according to this week’s cover story for Interview Germany.
“I do want more kids but I do not have any plans in the near future to have children right now,” Jenner told the magazine, putting current rumors of a second pregnancy to rest.
“I always knew I wanted to be a young mother, “Jenner also told Interview. “I remember people used to ask, “Are you ready for this?” And I always knew I was ready but you don’t know what that love and that feeling is like until after you have a child. She really comes before me so that is a lot to take in at a young age. But I feel like I was definitely made for this, and she has changed my life for the better.”
“The way that I look at things is a lot more positive, and I really feel like my life didn’t start until I had her,” Jenner added. “… I feel like I felt a lot more pressure to become a role model when I had my daughter, because I know she’s going to look up to me and I want to be the best example I can be.
We do know that Jenner is not-so-secretly hoping for another girl. During the aforementioned Jordyn Woods Snapchat sesh, Jenner said, “Have I thought of baby names for my next baby? I have, but I haven’t found anything that I love, love. But I definitely want another girl, hopefully, and I want her to have a really feminine name, that’s all I know.” A feminine name that isn’t Rose, apparently.
So turn your boil down to a simmer, y’all. Jenner is bound to have another baby… just not quite yet.
