Hilaria Baldwin Reveals Son Rafael, 3, Peed in His Sippy Cup: 'He Was So Proud of Himself'

Kids do the darndest things!

On Tuesday, Hilaria Baldwin revealed that her son Rafael Thomas peed in a sippy cup — and wasn’t ashamed in the least bit.

“Rafa just peed in this cup…. like no joke. I have 4 kids…. it’s hard to surprise me — and this left me speechless,” Baldwin, 35, wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of herself holding the cup.

“He was so proud of himself and comes up to me and says: ‘Mommy! I just peed in a cup!’ “

“He led me over to this blue sippy cup and sure enough it was filled with warm pee,” Baldwin continued.

In addition to giving Baldwin a good laugh, Rafael, 3, also managed to make his mom proud.

“He didn’t spill ONE DROP on the floor. I was impressed. Then I was like: do I chastise him? How do you parent there?!?!?! So I told him thank you for telling me and that we need to pee in the toilet. Then he backtracked and tried to tell me he actually made me a cup of tea… I guess it was warm, so it was a good try,” Baldwin wrote. “Then he went back to the truth. Oh parenthood!!!!”

Baldwin married husband Alec Baldwin in 2012 and also shares daughter Carmen Gabriela, 5, and sons Leonardo Ángel Charles, 2, and Romeo Alejandro David, 8 months, with the Saturday Night Live star.

While the couple certainly has their hands full, Baldwin isn’t exactly closing the door on having more kids.

“I have a daughter and then I have three boys,” Baldwin said during an appearance on the Today Show in July. “And my daughter is very sure that she is going to have a sister.”

“She does have a sister — she has Ireland, and Ireland is so wonderful and they have a great relationship,” she added of Alec’s 22-year-old model daughter from his previous relationship with Kim Basinger.

“But there’s something about a little sister that she really wants,” said Baldwin.

“I think it’s possible. Not [for sure],” Baldwin admitted, replying when Hoda Kotb asked whether her husband is on board. “Alec thinks it’s very possible. He comes from a big family.”
