Gabrielle Union Leads 'Cheering Section' for Dwyane Wade's Son Zion at Miami Pride Festival

Zion’s stepmom Gabrielle Union, baby sister Kaavia James and big brother Zaire all attended the Miami Beach Pride parade alongside the 11-year-old

Best day ever!

Gabrielle Union stepped out on Sunday with husband Dwyane Wade‘s 11-year-old son Zion Malachi Airamis at the 11th annual Miami Beach Pride parade, where the duo rocked colorful attire while posing for various snapshots.

In photos shared to Wade’s Instagram Story, Zion flashed a huge smile alongside Union, 17-year-old big brother Zaire Blessing Dwyane, 5-month-old baby sister Kaavia James and numerous other loved ones as they celebrated at the event together.

Zion looked too cute as he held up a rainbow flag and heart in one snapshot with Zaire that his dad wrote “It’s a family thing” over, sporting a matching pin, a yellow tank top and sneakers and green shorts.

“Love you lil bro no matter what,” Zaire captioned the same brotherly love photograph on his own Instagram Story, writing on top of a similar one, “Gotcha back kid / Support gang!”

Another photo saw Union, 46, throwing up a peace sign and leaning in close to Zion as the preteen posed with a colorful head accessory added to his festive ensemble: a unicorn horn!

“We support each other with Pride!” Wade — who was absent from the gathering, due to being in Toronto for a Miami Heat game against the Raptors — wrote on top of an image of his wife and Zion, smiling with their arms around each other.

The last shot shared by the basketball star, 37, showed a group photo consisting of 14 individuals (including Zion, Zaire, Union and Kaavia), which Wade posted with a rainbow-flag emoji.

“Zion had his [own] cheering section today,” the proud papa wrote alongside the latter snap on Sunday. “Wish I was there to see you smile kid!”

The Union Wade family — which also includes the basketball player’s son Xavier Zechariah, 5, and nephew Dahveon Morris, 17 — is famously super tight-knit.

Union previously told PEOPLE that she had never wanted children — until she tied the knot with Wade in 2014. “I never wanted kids. Then I became a stepmom, and there was no place I’d rather be than with them,” she said.

The duo welcomed daughter Kaavia via surrogate this past November, but Wade had already seen the actress’s prowess as a mom thanks to her love for his sons and nephew.

“She’s a ⭐️ in her most important role. I wanna acknowledge my wife and the kids stepmom for being everything that each boy and I have needed her to be,” the athlete captioned an Instagram post in honor of the couple’s wedding anniversary in August. “We couldn’t have wished for more @gabunion … Thank you for loving us!”
