Find Out the Body Part John Cena Says Keeps Getting Him 'In Trouble'

John Cena may seem like a confident guy, but even he has things he wants to improve. The Sports Illustrated 2018 Sportsperson of the Year opened up to Us Weekly about the two parts of his body he likes and dislikes — and his answers may surprise you.

“Least favorite part is my mouth,” the WWE star, 41, quipped to Us at the SI event on Tuesday, December 11, in Beverly Hills. “That’s the one that keeps getting me in trouble.”

Cena added: “And favorite part is the heart because that’s the one thing that keeps me going.”

The Blockers star also dished on his fitness routine, telling Us he’s “never not in the mood” to workout.

“Those days where my body feels a little older than it looks, I just tell myself, ‘Do something,’” he explained. “And it could be anything — just something — I think the longer we sit, the longer we stay. The longer we stay, the less you do.”

Cena continued: “I’m not going to say that every day I wake up [like] I’m going to take over the world and I feel 10 feet tall and bulletproof, but the days that I feel bad, I just do something. And I’ve also learned that you don’t have to do your lifetime best every day. Do your best that day every day … Win the day. Take that small hill that is the day and worry about the rest tomorrow.”

This isn’t the first time the Massachusetts native has shared his positive outlook on life with Us. Earlier this month, Cena opened up about what he’s learned throughout the past year in which his split from ex-fiancé Nikki Bella made headlines.

“Always be grateful for every second, good times and bad times,” he told Us at the premiere of his upcoming film Bumblebee. “Do your best to learn, and try your best to keep a wonderful perspective on life.”

Cena and Bella, 35, confirmed to Us in April that they had ended their engagement. Following a brief reconciliation, the former couple of six years broke up for good in July.
