“Evelyn Mae Forsyth,” the TLC personality, 22, captioned an Instagram slideshow. “I wanted her name to be perfect and elegant! We had a hard time deciding but after a few days finally settled on ‘Evy Mae’ and we think it fits her perfectly!”
In the social media upload, the reality star grinned while holding her swaddled infant.

“Looove her name! She is precious,” Bringing Up Bates’ Carlin Bates commented on the post, while Little People, Big World’s Tori Roloff wrote, “She’s so perfect!! Congratulations!!”
Duggar announced on Monday, August 24, that she and Austin Forsyth had welcomed baby No. 2. Evelyn joined older brother Gideon, 2.
“To say my heart is full is an understatement,” the couple told Us Weekly in a statement at the time. “We have been dreaming of this day and are so happy to announce that our baby girl arrived August 21st at 2:12 p.m. weighing 8 pounds, 5 ounces and is 19.5 inches long! She has the best personality, is easy going and loves to be held! She has her nights and days mixed up, but honestly, I love it! Getting to spend that quiet, quality time with her through the night has been SO special!”
The baby news came five months after Duggar and Forsyth, 26, revealed that she was pregnant with their rainbow baby after a July 2019 miscarriage.

“Yes, it’s true!” the 19 Kids and Counting alum wrote via Instagram in March. “@austin4site and I are PREGNANT again! It’s been quite the crazy journey these last few months, but we are so thankful that mom and baby are healthy!”
Duggar, who wed the pilot in May 2017, went on to document her baby bump progress, celebrating her due date on August 19. “We are just here impatiently awaiting your arrival,” she captioned sweet shots with Gideon. “Meanwhile, your brother thinks my bump makes the perfect chair! #40weeks.”
