Cardi B Is ‘Already Embracing Motherhood’ After Welcoming Baby

Cardi B is already a natural as a mother just days after giving birth to a daughter named Kulture Kiari.

“This is everything Cardi has ever wanted and she is already embracing motherhood fully,” a source tells Us Weekly exclusively. “Her mother and family members have been walking her through the first few weeks and she is cuddled up with her little girl at home.”

Kulture was born at an Atlanta hospital on Tuesday, July 10. She is the first child for the “I Like It” rapper, 25, and the fourth for Cardi’s husband, Offset, who is also the father of sons Jordan and Kody and daughter Kalea from previous relationships. “Blessings to all my kids,” the Migos member, 26, told Us at the 2018 ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards on June 21.

“Cardi and Offset are over-the-moon excited. She’s the sweetest little girl already,” the source tells Us. “Offset says that the birth of this baby feels like the first time he had a kid all over again.”

The couple, who secretly wed in September 2017 after seven months of dating, seemingly paid homage to Offset with the name of their baby girl. His rap trio’s most recent albums are titled Culture and Culture II, and the newborn’s middle name is the same as his real first name. The father-daughter duo also share the same initials: KKC.

In a recent interview, Cardi recalled the moment when she told Offset that her home pregnancy test came back positive. “He was like, ‘What? Are you sure?’” she told Rolling Stone, adding that the pregnancy wasn’t planned. “I said, ‘Yeah.’ And then he just started smiling really hard.”
